Is my order secure?

Infraglow Wellness is hosted by Shopify and utilises their secure128-bit encryption for checkout. 

Collection of your personal information is also governed by our privacy policy. Please review for more information. 

How will my order be confirmed?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

When will my order be shipped?

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please immediately contact us at infraglowwellness@gmail.com.

I have heard that Infrared Therapy Products can emit EMF (Electromagnetic Frequency Radiation) which is potentially hazardous to health and wellbeing. Is this a concern with your products?

Our products are rigorously tested by our suppliers for EMF radiation, and are certified to product very minimal amounts of EMF radiation as established by the relevant authorities. Please see our product pages for more information, or contact us at infraglowwellness@gmail.com and we can send you further relevant information direct from our suppliers. 

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Each of our products has a warrantee covering manufacturer's defects. The terms of the warrantee are specific to each product. Please see further information on each product page; also view our shipping policy in the event that your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, or within the time period covered by the product-specific warranty.
